Iñurria was widely acclaimed in the 1940s and 1950s for his religious sculptures and paintings, which are very vivid and colorful. It has been framed with two individual frames that were comprised of two moldings, one in black lacquered and the other in a gray wood wash. The two frames were attached to each other back-to-back.
